Where do our production records stay?
In your environment. Scoping runs on a column structure and 10–15 synthetic rows you compose yourself; real history is validated locally by your own team. This site transmits and stores nothing you type.
What do you need to start?
A description of the decision that takes too long, or an export header with synthetic example rows. No operational data, personal details or confidential records.
What does a first piece of work deliver?
A local dashboard for an agreed scope, the data checks behind it, written indicator definitions and a handover walkthrough. The delivered version stays usable without a support subscription.
Do you connect to our live SQL or ERP system?
Not in a first piece of work. A local pilot uses manual imports from agreed Excel or CSV exports. Live connectors, shared editing and internal hosting are a separate scope.
How are scope and price agreed?
After a short fit check we write the scope and quote a fixed price before starting. Defects inside that scope are corrected free for 30 days after acceptance; anything beyond it is estimated and approved first.
