Scoping a customer project
Start with a problem description, a column layout or made-up example rows. Do not send real production records, personal information, passwords or database dumps. The purpose of a small synthetic sample is to understand structure, not to prove performance.
Delivering a local dashboard
The proposed default is development with synthetic examples and validation of real data inside the customer environment. Offline behaviour and network requests must be checked for the delivered package. Support uses synthetic reproductions by default; any access to real records or screen sharing needs a separate agreement.
