Help with the workflows behind the numbers: what gets recorded, by whom, in what form, and how it turns into a report the plant manager can use.
Typical scope
- Recording practice. Shift log design, downtime reason lists, scrap recording in pieces or weight, product and machine identifiers that match the ERP.
- Report design. The few KPIs that matter for the plant, the formulas behind them, and the review rhythm — daily, weekly, monthly.
- ERP or MES preparation. Cleaning masters and historical records before a system goes live, so the new system does not inherit the old inconsistencies.
- Follow-through. Picking up improvement actions that were started — a digitisation project, an internship deliverable, a new machine's data — and turning them into a working routine.
How it is delivered
Remote analysis on your approved exports, combined with short working sessions with the people who keep the records. Physical workflow changes are decided and made by the plant team; ProdCrest supplies the analysis, the templates and the follow-up.
Limits
No process parameter changes, no equipment specification, no certification or conformity approval. Where those are needed, they stay with the plant's engineers and qualified staff.
